I am a solution-oriented and unyielding person. simple things are beautiful and often hide multifaceted thinking behind them. the same thinking pattern applies to food. the pursuit for perfection can be adaptively useful to achieve the best end result. I approach food and photography from many angles, but I still want the presentation to be plain and detailed. I know many types of kitchens, from Michelin stars to the hot dog stands. I do value everyone equally, as long as the work is creative, dedicated and distinctive.
